1. Booking & Payment

All bookings must be made online

Payment of £4.95 per person is required at the time of booking to secure your place.

Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by Cherry Hill.
2. Age & Supervision

All ages are welcome, but children under 12 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.

Adults are encouraged to join in the messy fun, but participation is optional.
3. Clothing & Safety

This is a messy play event. Please wear clothes and shoes you don’t mind getting stained or messy. Cherry Hill Garden Centre is not responsible for damage to clothing or personal belongings.

All materials used are non-toxic and child-friendly, but participants must follow safety instructions provided by event staff.
4. Health & Hygiene

Handwashing facilities will be available.
5. Photos & Media

By attending, you agree that photos of your creations or group activities may be taken for promotional use by Cherry Hill Garden Centre.

If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify a member of staff on arrival.
6. Event Changes & Cancellations

Cherry Hill reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, staff illness).

In such cases, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.
7. Liability

Cherry Hill Garden Centre will take reasonable care to ensure the safety of participants but accepts no liability for injuries or accidents arising from misuse of materials or failure to follow staff guidance.
