Terms & Conditions – Spooky Science Lab

1. Bookings & Payments

   • All places must be booked in advance.

   • Payment of £5.95 per child is required at the time of booking to secure a place.

   • Bookings are non-refundable.

2. Age & Supervision

   • The class is suitable for children aged 4+

   • Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.

   • Adults are not charged but must remain on site during the session.

3. Safety

   • All activities are designed to be safe and child-friendly.

   • Please inform staff of any allergies, medical conditions, or additional needs prior to the session.

4. Cancellations & Changes

   • In the unlikely event that the organizer must cancel, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.

   • The organizer reserves the right to amend activities if necessary for safety or operational reasons.

5. Behavior

   • Children are expected to follow instructions from staff for their own safety.

   • Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the session without refund.

6. Photography & Media

   • Photographs may be taken for promotional purposes. Please inform staff on arrival if you do not wish your child to be included.

7. Liability

   • While every care is taken to ensure a safe environment, participation is at the child’s own risk.

   • The organizer accepts no liability for loss or damage to personal belongings.
