If you go down the woods today, beware of a scary surprise. If you go down to the woods today you’d better not open your eyes! For everywhere you turn there’s a scare, a witch, a bat, they know where you’re at. Tonight's the night, to have a fright at Cherry Hill Garden Centre!

It's time to see just how brave you are as you venture into the unknown, join us for our Haunted Forest Trail returns for 2025 with spooks and scares at every turn! Hosted on selected evenings throughout October, we welcome guests to come along and spot all the spooks that come out to play in the forest at night. Watch out though, who knows what’s lurking out there waiting to jump out and give you the fright of your life!

The Haunted Trail is an outdoor event, please ensure you dress appropriately for the weather with sensible footwear. This trail features live actors and therefore is only suitable for ages 8 years and over, all children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult. 

Top Tip for Booking The later you come, the darker this event is and the scarier it gets!

Your Priority Ticket is valid for entry at a pre-booked time slot. During this time slot you are able to go around the walk as many times as you dare, making sure you get to see everything the walk has to offer! 

FAQ's

What Should I Expect – is it scary? – The Horror Nights Forest Trail is an outdoor event which features a mix of spooky light displays and live actors that will jump out and try to scare you. It is created in a brilliantly spooky woodland setting so make sure you have appropriate footwear on and are dressed for the weather!

What is the age limit? – We have a recommended age of 8 years and above – our actors are very scary and they won’t hold back when someone is scared, it means they’re doing their job well! Any persons under the age of 18 MUST be accompanied at all times by a responsible paying adult. Failure to do so could result in you being refused admission or being ejected from the event without a refund.

How Long Does it take? - You can expect to take around 30 minutes inside the Haunted Woodland area. Your ticket is valid for one entry so it’s important that you take your time to enjoy the experience.

Is it Wheelchair friendly? – The woodland area has had a gravel path installed however due to the nature of the area it is bumpy and uneven in places. In previous years customers on mobility scooters have attended the event without issue.

Can I bring my dog? - No, we are sorry Dogs are not permitted into the trail for safety reasons.

Are there live actors? – Yes! And they are going to jump out at you from nowhere and try to scare you senseless!

I've booked and I haven't received my tickets? - Tickets are automatically emailed to the email address provided during the booking process. If you haven't received them, check your spam / promotion folders. If you still can't find them, we do keep a list of bookings at the event entrance, and you can provide your name and postcode on the door, and we can track your booking down to confirm your entry.

Something's come up and I can't attend, can I rearrange or cancel my booking? - Unfortunately, not as per the terms and conditions are shown on each event page tickets cannot be amended or cancelled once booked. Please check all the Ts and Cs prior to booking. Our booking system is fully automated and run by a third-party company, we have no access in store to be able to make any changes or cancel any bookings.

What’s the difference between this event and the Halloween Walk? – This event features live actors and is only open on selected evenings throughout October.

The Halloween Walk is an indoor event which features animatronic characters but no live actors. The Halloween walk is open daily in October.

Can I just turn up without booking? – We always recommend booking in advance as time slots do sell out and we have a limited capacity within the walk for both fire safety regulations and customer enjoyment.

I’m trying to book online for today and I can’t….help? – Our automated system closes at midnight the day before each event slot therefore you cannot book online for the same day. Please be aware that although slots maybe shown online for today, these are not accurate. You may be able to purchase tickets at the main tills but these are sold on a first come first serve basis and you are not guaranteed to be able to purchase any.

• Tickets cannot be amended or cancelled once booked.
• In the event of extreme weather we reserve the right to cancel events - full refunds will be issued in these circumstances.
• Tickets are only valid entry at the time stated on the ticket. Please arrive for your pre-booked slot on time. Late arrivals may result in your tickets being invalidated and entry being refused.
• Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible paying adult at all times whilst in the Haunted Trail.
• Dogs are not permitted into the Haunted Trail
• Please do not make physical contact with our actors, anyone found doing so will be removed from the event immediately with no refunds given.
• Please do not attempt to climb inside or onto any part of the display.
• We reserve the right to refuse entry and/or remove any visitors from the trail at the discretion of the duty management.
• We reserve the right to amend terms and conditions.
