Get ready to step inside a wonderfully festive world when you visit our annual Indoor Christmas Walk! This years' display promises to be bigger and better than ever before, with loads of new attractions, our infamous singing Yeti's and not least of all the chance to see and feed the real reindeer! The walk also includes plenty of photo opportunities so make sure you book for you and your nearest and dearest to come along and make Christmas 2025 the best and most memorable one yet!

What Should I Expect? - The Christmas Walk in an indoor event which features a mix of fantastic light displays, photo opportunities and animatronic characters, plus the chance to see and feed Live Reindeer
What's the difference between this ticket and the VIP Christmas Walk Experience? This ticket is a standard entry to the walk, for which during busier periods there may be a short delay in your gaining entry. The VIP entry is a specific timed ticket which includes the Santa's Magical Elevator Experience. This ticket does not include the Elevator Experience. To book a VIP ticket head back to our events page and click on the VIP Christmas Walk experience link.
Can I upgrade my tickets on the day to the VIP entry? If when you arrive at the centre you decide you want to upgrade your experience please ask event staff. If there is space they will accommodate your request and the upgrade fee can be paid on the door.
How Long Does it take? - You can expect to take around 30 minutes inside the Christmas Walk
Is it Wheelchair/Pushchair friendly? - Yes! The walk is created in an indoor area with a block paved floor and ample pathways to manoeuvre around.
Can I bring my dog? - No, we are sorry Dogs are not permitted into the walk as part of Animal Safety rules due to the live reindeer.
Will we see Santa? - Unfortunately, this event does not include a visit with Santa, visit our main events page and follow the Grotto links to arrange this separately.
What is a Reindeer Treatbox? - A reindeer treatbox consists of some reindeer pellets and some reindeer moss. These of course can be purchased on the day of your visit at the entrance to the Christmas Walk if you'd prefer.
Does everyone need a ticket? Everybody over the age of 1 requires a ticket. As babies aged under 1 are free they do not require a ticket for this event and do not need to be included on a family ticket.
I've booked and I haven't received my tickets? - Tickets are automatically emailed to the email address provided during the booking process. If you haven't received them, check your spam / promotion folders. If you still can't find them, we do keep a list of bookings at the event entrance, and you can provide your name and postcode on the door, and we can track your booking down to confirm your entry.
Something's come up and I can't attend, can I rearrange or cancel my booking? - Unfortunately, not as per the terms and conditions are shown on each event page tickets cannot be amended or cancelled once booked. Please check all the Ts and Cs prior to booking. Our booking system is fully automated and run by a third-party company, we have no access in store to be able to make any changes or cancel any bookings.
What’s the difference between this event and the Winter Woodland event? – This event is held indoors and is open daily right throughout November and December. This event features the real reindeer.
The Winter Woodland event is a spectacular light display which is held outside in our woodland area. It is only open on selected evenings throughout the Christmas Period.
Can I just turn up without booking? – We always recommend booking in advance as time slots do sell out and we have a limited capacity within the walk for both fire safety regulations and customer enjoyment. You can however purchase tickets on the day, however these are not guaranteed to be available.
I’m trying to book online for today and I can’t….help? – Our automated system closes at midnight the day before each event slot therefore you cannot book online for the same day. Please be aware that although slots maybe shown online for today, these are not accurate. You may be able to purchase tickets at the main tills but these are sold on a first come first serve basis and you are not guaranteed to be able to purchase any on the day.
Terms and Conditions
- This ticket DOES NOT INCLUDE VIP entry to the Christmas Walk or the Santa's Magical Elevator experience.
- The Christmas Walk DOES NOT include a visit to Santa or any other event. These must be booked separately.
- Bookings cannot be amended, cancelled or refunded once booked
- Tickets are only valid entry at the time stated on the ticket. Please arrive for your pre-booked slot on time. Late arrivals may result in your tickets being invalidated and entry being delayed or refused.
- Tickets are only valid for use once.
- Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times whilst in the Christmas Walk.
- Children aged 1 years and under are free but do require an infant ticket.
- Dogs are not permitted into the Christmas Walk.
- No food or drink is allowed to be consumed within the Christmas Walk.
- Please do not attempt to climb inside or onto any part of the display.
- We reserve the right to refuse entry and/or remove any visitors from the walk at the discretion of the duty management.
- We reserve the right to amend terms and conditions.
