Visit our store and enjoy a guided, step-by-step experience:
1. Choose Your Bear Pick your favourite plush character from our wide range of animals and designs.
2. Stuff Your Bear Use our in-store stuffing machine to bring your bear to life – fun, safe, and interactive for all ages.
3. Add a Heart Make a wish and place a special heart inside your bear to give it personality.
4. Personalise Your Friend Browse our retail collection of outfits, accessories, sounds, and scents to customise your creation.
5. Name Your Bear Receive a birth certificate and officially welcome your new companion.
6. Take It Home Your finished bear is yours to keep forever – a memory of your experience.

To secure your place at our Bear Factory, a £5 reservation ticket is required per person. This guarantees your chosen time slot and helps us prepare for your visit.
The best part? Your booking fee isn’t lost — on the day of your visit, you’ll receive a £5 voucher to use towards your bear purchase.

📜 Bear Workshop – Booking Terms & Conditions

Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before booking your Bear Factory experience.

🎟️ 1. Bookings & Reservations

• A £5 reservation ticket per person is required to secure your chosen time slot.

• Reservation fees are non-refundable.

• Your reservation ticket will be issued as a £5 voucher, redeemable in-store on the day of your visit against the purchase of a bear.

• Each participant attending the workshop must have a valid booking. Parents / Carers / Anyone not building a bear does not need a ticket!

🔄 2. Amendments & Cancellations

• Bookings may be amended or rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

• Changes requested within 48 hours of the booking time may not be accommodated.

• Missed bookings or late arrivals may result in loss of the reservation without refund or transfer.

💷 3. Pricing & Payments

• Bear Factory bears are priced from £24.99.

• Clothing, accessories, sounds, and add-ons are sold separately.

• The £5 voucher is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and must be used during the booked visit.

• Any additional purchases must be paid in full on the day.

🧸 4. Product Returns & Exchanges

• Once a bear has been stuffed or personalised, it is considered customised and non-refundable.

• Returns or exchanges are only offered if an item is faulty, in accordance with your statutory rights.

• Any faults must be reported as soon as possible, with proof of purchase.

👨‍👩‍👧 5. Supervision of Children

• All children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult (18+) at all times during the experience.

• Our staff are there to guide the experience but do not provide childcare or supervision.

🐾 6. Store Policy

• Dogs and pets are not permitted in the experience area, with the exception of registered assistance dogs.

• We reserve the right to refuse entry or ask guests to leave if behaviour is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate.

⏰ 7. Arrival & Participation

• Please arrive on time for your booked session. Late arrivals may result in a shortened experience or loss of your booking.

• Workshop times are approximate and may vary depending on group size and store activity.

⚠️ 8. Health & Safety

• The Factory includes the use of equipment such as stuffing machines; all instructions given by staff must be followed.

• Participation is at your own risk, and the retailer accepts no liability for injury where instructions are not followed.

• Please inform staff of any allergies or special requirements prior to the workshop.

📸 9. Photography

• Photos and videos may be taken during the experience for personal use.

• From time to time, the retailer may take photographs for marketing purposes. Please inform staff if you do not wish to be included.

⚖️ 10. General

• We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

• All bookings are subject to availability.

• These Terms & Conditions do not affect your statutory consumer rights.
